DC archdiocese joins suits over federal birth control mandate, claims free speech violation

Both sexes require birth control. Only women end up paying at the pharmacy, while dead-beat men duck the costs. Women get 77 cents for every dollar men make doing the same work AND have to pay the dead-beat men's share of the costs of birth control.

The insurance policy has the woman's name on it. The woman pays 100% of the costs out of co-pay and hidden deductions from her wages. The insurance policy is wages in lieu of cash money, and is an earned private property benefit of the employee with zero-percent ownership by the employer. The insurance policy is private property belonging 100% to the employee, earned 100% by their labors, and is zero-percent the property of the church, govt, or employers.

Just as the employer cannot restrict fungible cash earned by employees as wages from being converted into birth control, so too they cannot restrict wages paid in lieu of cash from being converted into birth control.

Wages belong to the "workman", so says the bible. No part of wages is property of the church and the church has no lawful authority to regulate the disposal of wages freely according to the liberty of the employee.

All religion in America is voluntary. Any religion forceably coercing it's employees is in violation of public policy and is banned in America. Religious coercion is banned by the first amendment. There is an absolute wall of separation between church and state -- this is the MEANING of the 1st Amendment. "Congress shall make no law..." also means "Catholics in congress shall make no law...", "Baptists in congress shall make no law...", "Mormons in congress shall make no law..." establishing a state religion forced upon unwilling citizens against their freedom and against their liberty to choose.

Is The Post anti-Catholic?

http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/does-the-post-hate-catholics/2012/05/18/gIQAsfyVZU_allComments.html?ctab=all_&#comments

Any group, no matter how much they love themselves, which acts to destroy the absolute wall of separation between church and state, is acting anti-constitutionally and deserves reprimand, curbing and even expulsion from America.

All religion is voluntary, so says god himself. If god allows freewill to choose or refuse, who may put themselves above that?

The 3,000,000 founders of America had a moment to decide if they wanted America to be a religious state and which religion should be dominant over all others. They refused to coerce people to accept a state-dictated religion and erected a wall of separation where all religions may be persuasive and use their freedoms to entice followership, but no single religion would ever dominate and use the power of the state to enforce their beliefs coercively.

Catholics have to accept their role as equal among equals. They have no special rights that do not exist also for everybody else. Catholics cannot use the force of law to compel people to live a catholic lifestyle.

Any person whom is catholic may quit being a catholic. There are no compulsory religions allowed inside these borders. If catholics cannot use persuasion then they have to learn to accept their failure in the free marketplace of ideas where many religion have come and gone.

The history of the catholic church is not a secret. When King Ferdinand waved goodbye to Columbus on his first voyage in 1492, Spain was developing the Spanish Inquisition. The Spanish Inquisition was not formally disbanded until 1776. For the founders of America this was not old history -- it was current events. It was with the Spanish Inquisition in mind that a wall of separation was required before colonies founded by diverse religions could trust each other enough to fuse into America.

FREEDOM OF RELIGION was FREEDOM FROM COERCIVE RELIGION. Nobody can freely follow their faith if the state is forcing a different religion down your throats at the point of a gun. FREEDOM has always meant free-from-coercion. It means that you can do what you want free from the state and the mob dictating upon you.

Religion, by definition means a personal relationship with the divine. It does not mean businesses, schools, hospitals, charities, things licensed as businesses under the business code of the law. Nobody is obligated to go into business, but everybody who goes into business follows the same laws. If your organization is required to have a business license, it is a business, not a religion. You have to accept the laws and live within them, or get out of here. You may not use businesses to undermine the separation of church and state. You may not undermine the separation of church and state. You may not undermine the state. You may not overthrow the state and replace it with religious laws.

You have to admit all these truths in public and teach your children accordingly. You may not coerce here. Your religion fails if it cannot gather followers who choose it freely.
